Union is excited to announce a New Fly Car Program available to it's Members.
In June of 2025, the Board of Fire Commissioners for West Seneca Fire District #2 opted to retain our former Chief's Vehicle to be used as a multipurpose response vehicle (Union 5-1).
Qualified EMT's are now eligible to sign-out Union 5-1 to respond directly to EMS Calls, instead of responding to the station first. This program is meant to further reduce response time to EMS calls for service, assuring rapid care for our most critical calls.
Union 5-1 is equipped with a House Bag, AED, Suction and other critical equipment to NYS EMT-Basic Level.
