Union Firefighter Tim Stolinski Recently Completed his NYS EMT-Basic Course, and is now Certified as a New York State EMT-Basic. EMT-Basic Consists of approximately 200 Hours of Instruction as well as clinical time. Add in a Pandemic, and the course becomes even more challenging. Congratulations to Firefighter Stolinski on this great achievement!
