Fire Fighters Amelia Weber, Amanda Doster and Luke Marino Completed Firefighter 1 Boot Camp this summer. The Training is broken down into 22 Units of Online self-directed Training, and 26 Units of On-site Training. Firefighters Doster, Marino, and Weber all successfully completed the course, which consists of multiple written and Hands-on evaluations. Online learning is accomplished over a set period of time, while the On-site instruction is held for 40 hours per week, for 2 weeks. The Course is Physically and mentally demanding of it's students. The Students had a reception held at Twin District Fire to receive their certificates and celebrate their accomplishment. Congratulations Firefighters Doster, Marino, and Weber!
